Great article. I think back to my college leadership seminar and the script they had us use. Dryer than a Triscuit. No personability. It had me feeling like a used car salesman. Plus, I like the fact that this really outlines the pain point, so even if someone wasn't too familiar with the role I play, or I wasn't in their case, we both can still connect at a basic level. From there, we can better recognize this pain point when we feel it in real life conversations with others and be able to say "Hey, you know what? I know a guy."
